Scott started his professional career as a Certified Public Accountant so no one can tell you more about the tax benefits of transactions related to your home. Beth spent time in the insurance industry before becoming a Realtor and can give you insight into insurance needs related to your home sale or purchase. We left these careers to become Realtors because it's what we love to do! Let us put our professional expertise in the real estate market to work for you.

On a personal note, we have been married for 10 years and have a daughter, Bailey, age 3, who is adopted from China. We also have two "pound puppies", Maggie and Zoey. We have bought and sold our own houses many times, and even relocated 900 miles from our home state of Kentucky several years ago. We understand the process from your perspective because we've been there.

We use the internet including YouTube and I-tunes to market our listings and to search out the best deals for our buyers. We cultivate builder contacts to get the best buys in new construction.
