On a personal note, I have been married for 19 years and have a daughter, Bailey, age 12, who is adopted from China. We also have a "pound puppy", Luna. We have bought and sold our own houses many times, and even relocated 900 miles from our home state of Kentucky fourteen years ago. We understand the process from your perspective because we've been there.

I offer many services that other realtors do not, with a heavy emphasis on technology.I use the internet including YouTube, targeted social media, and state of the art syndication to market my listings and to search out the best deals for my buyers. I cultivate builder contacts to get the best buys in new construction. And I provide full service information packages, neighborhood video tours and home previews to our relocation clients.
